The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Surga19 shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by Platform unavailability.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence or machine learning to interact with the Platform in any way that gives you or any third party an unfair advantage.
All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers on surga19 are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Surga19 does not charge currency conversion fees. Users are responsible for any fees imposed by their own payment providers.
Surga19 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (via FPX), CIMB (via FPX), Public Bank (via FPX), Hong Leong Bank (via FPX), DuitNow, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, Litecoin). Minimum deposit thresholds are as follows: MYR 30 for e-wallet deposits, MYR 50 for bank transfers, and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met in full:
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on bank processing cycles. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. Surga19 does not guarantee specific processing times but will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly.
Surga19 reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law. Such transactions may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
All bonuses, promotions, free credits, and special offers ("Bonuses") made available on surga19 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer page. For example, a 35x rollover on a MYR 100 bonus requires the User to wager a total of MYR 3,500 before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per spin, hand, or round (typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 — refer to the specific offer for the exact cap). Placing bets that exceed this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any derived winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards rollover. Table games, live dealer games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Refer to the specific bonus offer page for the applicable contribution schedule.
All Bonuses carry an expiry date by which all wagering requirements must be met. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry windows are stated on each offer page and are typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting.
Only one Bonus offer may be active in a User's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
Surga19 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation, or any form of dishonest play. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies intentionally used to meet rollover requirements while preserving bonus value.

All bets placed on surga19 are subject to the general betting rules published on the Platform, as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and bet type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
Surga19 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, at any time and without obligation to provide a reason. In particular, surga19 may refuse bets placed by users it reasonably suspects of professional or syndicate betting, or where the bet size exceeds standard limits for the market in question.
A bet may be voided (cancelled and refunded at stake) in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond applicable rescheduling rules; incorrect odds being published due to a manifest error; or the selection being unavailable at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account Balance.
In the event that surga19 makes a manifest error in displaying odds, lines, or market information — whether due to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — surga19 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error, regardless of whether bets have already been settled. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to interruption or suspension at any time. All live bets are taken subject to network latency. Surga19 is not responsible for bets placed after the real-world outcome of an event has been determined due to transmission delays.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all Balances and Bonus Funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, surga19 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other loss or damage — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Surga19's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Surga19 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy of information displayed thereon.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method.
Surga19 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a User has breached these Terms; a User is found to be underage; a User has provided false information; a User's account is associated with fraudulent or criminal activity; or in order to comply with regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations. Upon termination for cause, Surga19 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation.
Surga19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will bear a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
